Strawman Arguments!
Because it's much easier to fight someone when they're saying everything I want them to say!
If you're not aware, the Strawman Fallacy is where someone makes an argument based on their perception of another person or their ideas. Basically, instead of actually taking what another person is saying and arguing with that, you just say what you think they're saying and use it to mock them. It seems like no matter what issue you go to, you'll find both sides doing this.
